Investment Approach  

Our specialty is the identification and operation of office, retail, and industrial property investments.

Mid size properties between $5 million to $50 million are preferred but investments outside this range can be accommodated.

 

We operate across the risk continuum but our typical operating range is "value-add". This is where we can best utilise our skill and experience.
